The Romblon State University โ Marble Applications on Research for Biodiversity, Land, and Environment (MARBLE) Center is looking for a Project Technical Aide for the project โUpgrading and Enhancement of the Romblon State University โ Marble Applications on Research for Biodiversity, Land, and Environment (MARBLE) Centerโ under the DOSTโPCIEERD Institution Development Program (IDP).

The project aims to upgrade and enhance the MARBLE Center by improving existing facilities, acquiring complementary equipment, strengthening operational systems, and building institutional capacity to support sustainable marble utilization, proof-of-concept demonstrations, and future research and innovation initiatives.

โข Assist in the preparation of technical specifications and procurement documents for project equipment and supplies.
โข Coordinate the delivery, inspection, installation, testing, and commissioning of project equipment.
โข Assist in the operation, maintenance, inventory, and monitoring of MARBLE Center facilities and equipment.
โข Provide technical and logistical support during trainings, demonstrations, meetings, and project activities.
โข Maintain technical records, equipment utilization logs, inventory, and other project documentation.
โข Assist in the preparation of technical reports and other project-related documents.

โข Bachelorโs degree in Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Materials Engineering, Industrial Technology, Environmental Science, or other related fields.
โข Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
โข Relevant experience in laboratory, fabrication, or equipment operation is an advantage.

โข Basic knowledge of laboratory or fabrication equipment operation and maintenance.
โข Familiarity with government procurement and inventory procedures is an advantage.
โข Good organizational and documentation skills.
โข Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
โข Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
โข Willing to travel within Romblon, when necessary.
Project Duration: 24 months (subject to project implementation schedule)
