FYI po para sa lahat. Open for all aged group po ang ating bakuna as long as papayag po ang school na tanggapin po sila sa ating vaccination area. Open rin po tayo sa First Dose, Second Dose, First Booster Dose, Second Booster Dose. Magdala lang po ng requirements.
Pedia (5 to 17 YO): birth cert or any ID na may birthdate and ID na magulang or legal guradian na kasama. If may authorization po na magulang need rin po ng copy ID ng magulang and ng authorized person na kasama.
For Adult po: copy ng valid ID
For Adult First Booster Dose: copy ng valid ID and copy ng Vacc Card
For Adult Second Booster Dose: A1.1 to A1.7, A2 and Immunocompromised pa lang po ang pwede. Salamat po. 😊😊😊

The Mu Sigma Phi Fraternity of the UP College of Medicine (UPCM) proudly congratulates Brod Jomel G. Lapides, RN, ΜΣΦ 2020 for successfully completing the Doctor of Medicine program with honors (cum laude) and as the overall top 10, among 153 graduates, of the UPCM Class of 2020.

Throughout his stay in the College, Brod Jomel juggled part-time jobs in order to provide financial support for his family. He has been tutoring students at the Loyola Student Center since 2011 and worked as a staff nurse at the Sentro Oftalmologico Jose Rizal (SOJR) of the Philippine General Hospital, up to his third year in UPCM.

Achieving this outstanding feat of balancing school and work, and even exceeding expectations in doing both, proves Brod Jomel’s discipline and dedication to his family, his studies and his patients.
