2. Hindi qualified ang iyang grades.
3. Hindi pa na verify ang iyong email.
4. Mali ang na upload na documents.
5. Masyadong malabo or sobrang liit ang documents na na-upload
6. Grade 7,8,9,10 ang naka upload, Hindi grade 11.
7. Nag upload ng sefie or groupie at iba ang background ng picture.

To verify documents only until February 19, please remember to bring the following:

- Your Grade 11 card
- Your Grade 12 1st Quarter grades
- Good Moral Certificate
- Transfer Credentials for transferee

Additionally, please scan the QR code sent to your email, print and scan and bring it with you.
