Siena Taytay Research, Innovation, Development and Quality Assurance Office

The Academic Year 2026–2027 marks the 25th year of operations of the Research and Development Center. The office was established in June 2001 as the "Research Office," to address the growing needs of the community in research. It was renamed the "Academic Publication and Research Center" in 2010 and formally became the "Research and Development Center" in 2015.

During A.Y. 2025–2026, the office launched a year-long preparation for the 25th anniversary milestone highlighting the establishment of the Research Committee of the Integrated Basic Education Department and the introduction of the Strengthening Innovation Beyond Optimal Learning (SIBOL) program to highlight innovations as ways to improving the teaching and learning process and other school operations.

This academic year, the office will be known as the Research, Innovation and Development Center, anchored by its newly formed Research and Innovation Area which is a core team of quantitative and qualitative research experts tasked with handling Senior High School research classes, facilitating research activities across the Grade School and Junior High School levels, providing language and data analysis support at the College level, and spearheading personnel research initiatives. The team will likewise form a pool of internal and external experts to assist in the evaluation of research outputs.

SIBOL 2026–2027 marks another year of innovation guided on the vision to sustaining academic excellence and forming graduates who are God-centered, Truth Seekers, Servant Leaders, and Community Builders.
