Karamihan sa atin dahil kulang sa Financial Education, ang magarbong bahay at magarang sasakyan ay real asset ng maituturing. Yan ang akala natin... pero hindi natin naisip instant yan mawawala sa atin pag tinamaan tayo ng kalamidad.🤔

Ginagawa ito ng karamihan sa ating mga Pinoy. Focus sa solid investments, binuhos lahat ng pera sa pagpapaganda ng bahay, utang ng sasakyan, etc. Dumating ang kalamidad, wash out lahat ang pinaghirapan.😒😯

Marami sa atin ay mga hardworking pero nauuwi parin sa kakulangan sa pinansyal kapag nagretiro.
Marami sa atin ang malalaki ang sahod pero nauuwing baon sa utang.
Marami sa atin ang may pagkakataong magkaroon ng maginhawang pamumuhay pero bumabalik sa kakapusan.

Ang pera nawawala,nauubos pero pwedeng bumalik at kitain ulit. Pero ang edukasyon kapag iyong natutunan habang buhay mong dadalhin at hindi kailanman man makukuha sayo. Pwede mo pang ipamana sa mga anak mo.

Kung alam mo ang kwento ng unggoy na pinapili; saging o pera?
Pinili nya saging kasi secure na sya. Makakain na agad. Pero after noon wala na hahanap na ulit sya.
Pero kung pinili nya pera, mas makakabili sya ng maraming saging at hindi sya mauubusan.

Ikaw anung pipiliin mo, pera agad na pansamantalang mapapakinabangan o edukasyong pinansyal para makaroon ng perang pangmatagalan?
