ALAM NYO BA NA DALAWA ANG ORIGINAL NA NAZARENO?
(Ang Kwento ng Nazareno ng Mayaman at Nazareno ng Mahirap)

Sa ating kasaysayan, dalawa ang original na image ng Nazareno na naging bahagi ng pananampalatayang Pilipino.

Ang naunang image ay tinawag na "Nazareno ng Mayaman" o "Nazareno of the Elites." Nakadambana ito noon sa main altar ng San Nicolas de Tolentino Church sa loob ng Intramuros.

Tinawag itong pang-mayaman dahil nasa loob ito ng Walled City (Intramuros), kung saan ang mga deboto ay karaniwang mga Espanyol, opisyal, at mga elitista noong panahon ng Kastila.

Ayon sa historical records, ang original na imaheng ito ay dumating sa Pilipinas mula Mexico noong bago mag-April 1651 (bagamat ang popular na paniniwala ay 1606).

Dahil sa tindi ng debosyon sa unang imahe, nagpagawa ng replica ang mga prayle at ito naman ay tinawag na "Nazareno ng Mahirap" dahil mas naging malapit ito sa masa.

Ang imaheng ito ay inilipat sa Quiapo Church (St. John the Baptist Church) noong 1787 sa utos ni Archbishop Basilio Sancho de Santa Justa.

Dahil nasa labas ito ng pader ng Intramuros, dito malayang nakakalapit, nakakapaghawak, at nakakapagdasal ang mga karaniwang Pilipino (Indio) at mahihirap, na siyang pinagmulan ng Traslacion na kilala natin ngayon.

May kaunting pagkakaiba sila sa itsura. Ang Nazareno ng Intramuros (Mayaman) ay may distinct na feature kung saan ang kanyang ulo ay nakahilig o nakatingin sa gilid (sideways).
Samantala, ang Nazareno sa Quiapo (Mahirap) na kilala natin ngayon ay nakatingin nang diretso sa unahan.

Isang malungkot na bahagi ng kasaysayan ang tumapos sa kwento ng "Nazareno ng Mayaman." Ito ay tuluyang nawasak at naging abo nang bombahin at masunog ang Intramuros noong World War II (Battle of Manila, 1945).

Ang "Nazareno ng Mahirap" naman ang tinaguriang "Survivor." Sa kabila ng matitinding sunog sa Quiapo, lindol, at giyera, ito ang nanatili, nakaligtas, at patuloy na nagbibigay pag-asa sa milyun-milyong deboto hanggang sa kasalukuyan.

My son was now in high school and i will be missing San Isidro Labrador Elem School, for some years that i have been a GPTA Officer, it's really worth full to work hand in hand with my co-gpta officers, teachers, parents and the principal as well. I could say that during our term, everything runs smoothly and i believe that the new incoming officers will do the same or even surpasses what we have done. Allow me to thank all the parents who supported us to make some projects that will benefit our students. The teachers and principal who always at our side and served as the protectors of our children... Thank you very much.

MECQ Guidelines (per IATF Omnibus Guidelines dated April 3, 2021):

1. Minimum public health standards shall be complied with at all times.
2. Strict home quarantine shall be observed in all households. The movement of all persons shall be limited to accessing essential goods and services, and for work permitted offices or establishments or such other activities allowed in this section.
3. Any person below 18 y/o, those who are over 65y/o, those with immunodeficiency, commorbidity, or other health risks, and pregnant women shall be required to remain in their residences at all times, except for obtaining essential goods and services, or for work in industries and offices or such other activities permitted. LGU's may relax the minimum age range down to 15y/o, depending on the COVID-19 situation in their respective jurisdictions.
4. All establishments, persons, or activities permitted to operate, work, or be undertaken during ECQ shall be allowed to operate at full on-site capacity. On-site capacity refers to the number of employees or workers who can be permitted or required to be physically present at their designated workplace outside of their residences.
5 . All establishments, persons, or activities not permitted to operate, work, or be undertaken during ECQ shall be allowed to operate at 50% on-site capacity, EXCEPT entertainment venues with live performances, recreational venues, amusement parks, outdoor sports courts, indoor sports courts or venues, gaming establishments, outdoor tourist attractions, venues for meetings and conferences, personal care services, and indoor dine in services.
6. Agencies and instrumentalities of the government shall be fully operational with a skeleton workforce.
7. Alternative work arrangement is recognized to the co-equal or independent authority such as Senate, judiciary, ombudsman etc.
8. Officials and employees of foreign diplomatic missions and international organization accredited by the DFA whenever performing diplomatic functions may operate with onsite skeletal workforce.
9. Only hotels or accommodation establishhments with valid DOT accreditation shall be allowed to accommodate guest and clients for legislative purposes under a public health emergency.
10. Gatherings outside of residences shall be prohibited. Gatherings at residences with any person outside of one’s immediate household shall likewise be prohibited. Religious gatherings shall be allowed up to ten percent (10%) of the venue capacity. Gatherings for necrological services, wakes, inurnments, funerals for those who died of causes other than COVID-19 shall be allowed but shall be limited only to immediate family members.
11. Face to face or in person classes shall be suspended.
12. The road, rail, maritime and aviation sectors of public transportation shall be allowed to operate at such capacity and protocols in accordance with DOTr guidelines.
13. Law enforcement agencies shall recognize any of the following ID's: IATF ID's issued by the regulatory agencies with jurisdiction over permitted establishments or persons, valid ID or other pertinent documentations issued by accrediting organizations or establishments allowed under ECQ and if required by the LGU, local ID's for availing of essential goods and services.
14. The movement of cargo/delivery vehicles as well as vehicles used by public utility companies shall be unhampered. Shuttle services of permitted establishments shall not be subject to an ID system but shall maintain compliance with minimum public health standard.
15. Private corporations are encourage to process payrolls online.
16. Individual outdoor exercise such as outdoor walks, jogging, running or biking are allowed within the general area of their residence or barangay, purok, subdivision or village. Provided that the minimum public health standard are observed.
17. Uniform curfew hours may be imposed by LGU's subject to the DILG guidelines.
18. Any violation of the forgoing prohibitions shall constitute non-coopration of the person or entities punishable under Section 9.

Despite of the ongoing pandemic situation, the SILES GPTA Officers visited some students with due care to ensure that they can adopt the Online Teaching and Modular Learning that being implemented by the DepEd and try to resolve some problems that being brought out by the parents and students. The GPTA also initiated the distribution of leaflets for the promotion of early registration for our kinder and grade 1 students.

PINAKABAGONG PUBLIC TRANSPORT POLICIES SA MGA LUGAR NA NAKAPAILALIM SA GCQ (Metro Manila, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna at Rizal)

Narito ang mga polisiyang may kinalaman sa pampublikong transportasyon na kailangang tandaan at sundin ng ating mga kababayan alinsunod sa naging desisyon ng Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-MEID) at sa anunsyo ni Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque:

1. Bawal ang pagbiyahe papunta at palabas ng Metro Manila, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna at Rizal, maliban na lamang kung ikaw ay kabilang sa mga sumusunod na Authorized Persons Outside their Residences (APOR):

a) Essential workers (kailangan lamang nilang ipakita ang kanilang ID);
b) Health and emergency frontline services personnel;
c) Mga opisyal ng gobyerno at iba pang government frontline personnel;
d) Mga otorisadong manggagawa na nagbibigay ng humanitarian assistance;
e) Mga kailangang bumiyahe para sa medical at humanitarian na pangangailangan;
f) Mga tutungo sa paliparan para bumiyahe palabas ng bansa;
g) Mga tatawid sa mga bayan dahil sa trabaho/negosyo o uuwi sa kani-kanilang tirahan; at,
h) Returning Overseas Filipinos (ROFs) at mga Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs).

Ang mga indibidwal na uuwi sa kani-kanilang tirahan mula sa bakasyon ay itinuturing na essential traveler, at papayagang makabiyahe pauwi, basta’t magpakita lamang ng anumang ID o dokumento bilang patunay na siya ay lehitimong nakatira sa lugar na uuwian.

2. Hindi magbabago ang kasalukuyang ipinatutupad na transport capacity sa mga pampublikong transportasyon. Hinihikayat ang publiko na magbisikleta o maglakad.

3. Mahigpit na pinaalalahanan ang mga commuter na sundin ang mga sumusunod na health protocols sa mga pampublikong transportasyon:

(1) Magsuot ng face mask at face shield;
(2) Iwasan ang pakikipag-usap o pagtawag sa telepono;
(3) Bawal kumain sa loob ng pampublikong transportasyon;
(4) Kailangan properly ventilated o maayos na nakakadaloy ang hangin sa ating Public Utility Vehicles (PUV);
(5) Palagiang mag-disinfect para maiwasan ang hawaan at maprotektahan ang sarili;
(6) Bawal magpsakay ng pasahero na may sintomas ng Covid-19; at,
(7) Panatilihin ang pagsunod sa appropriate physical distancing.

4. Pinapayuhang manatili lamang sa kani-kanilang mga tahanan ang mga sumusunod:

-Mga nasa edad labingwalo (18) pababa at mga senior citizen na higit 65 taong gulang;
-Mga indibidwal na may immunodeficiency, may iba pang nararanasang sakit o comorbidity at iba pang health risks; at,
-Mga buntis

Maliban na lamang kung ang pagbiyahe ay dahil sa mga hindi maiiwasang pagkakataon at dahilan gaya ng pagbili/pagkuha ng mga pangunahing pangangailangan o serbisyo, o kung may kaugnayan sa trabaho sa kani-kanilang industriya o opisina.

5. Sa mga paliparan o airports naman, pahihintulutan pa rin ang pagbiyahe ng mga domestic flights ngunit para lamang sa mga essential travel at mga pasaherong itinuturing na APOR.

Hindi papayagan ang anumang leisure/tourist travels palabas at papasok sa mga GCQ areas, batay sa itinakdang petsa ng nasabing kautusan mula March 22 hanggang April 4, 2021.

Alinsunod sa pinakabagong IATF resolution na ipinalabas ngayong March 21, 2021, ang atin pong Lalawigan ng Rizal kasama ang NCR cities at mga lalawigan ng Cavite, Laguna at Bulacan ay mapapaloob sa "heightened General Community Quarantine" simula bukas, March 22, 2021 (Lunes) hanggang April 4, 2021.

Narito po ang mga alituntunin sa nasabing panahon:

1. UNIFORM CURFEW mula 10:00 pm hanggang 5:00 am
2. ESSENTIAL TRAVELS. Tanging mga essential workers, public transport, atbp ang papayagan makalabas at makapasok sa probinsya ng Rizal.
3. AGE RESTRICTIONS. Bawal lumabas ang mga below 18 at above 65 years old maliban kung para sa essential travels at services.
4. MASS GATHERINGS. Ipinagbabawal ang mga mass gatherings at public events tulad ng mga religious services, conferences, meetings, festivals. Virtual na lang po muna. Mapapayagan lang ang mga misa ng kasal, binyag at libing pero limitado lamang sa maximum of 10 attendees at susunod sa minimum health protocols.
5. WORK/TRABAHO. Hinihikayat ang lahat ng nasa public at private sector na patuloy na mag adopt ng alternative work arrangement tulad ng work from home. Kung hindi naman kakayanin, limitahan lamang ito sa 30%-50% ng office space at iwasan ang mga pagtitipon tulad ng face-to-face meetings at mga salu-salo.
6. FOOD DELIVERY, TAKE OUT, DINE-IN. Pinapayagan pa rin mag operate 24/7 ng mga deliveries at take outs. Ang mga dine-in sa mga ENCLOSED SPACES ay mahigpit na ipinagbabawal. Pinapayagan ang mga dine-in sa mga al fresco o OPEN AREAS ngunit kailangan masunod ang minimum health protocols.
7. BAWAL MUNA mag-operate pansamantala ang mga sumusunod: driving schools, traditional cinemas, video and inter-active game arcades, libraries, archives, museums and cultural centers, limited social events at DOT-accredited establishments, and limited tourist attractions except open-air attractions.
8. HOME GATHERINGS. Dini-discourage ang pagtanggap ng mga bisita maliban sa mga malapit na kamag-anak. Hinihikayat na mahigpit na sumunod sa health protocols sa loob ng bahay lalo na sa mga may uuwiang vulnerable tulad ng senior citizens, may comorbidities, buntis, PWDs at iba pa.
9. STAYCATION/VACATION. Pinapahintulutan pumunta sa mga probinsya ng Rizal, Laguna, Cavite, Bulacan, at NCR region lamang ngunit bawal isama ang menor de edad kahit pa mga magulang ang kasama ayon sa IATF.

Ang lahat ay pinapakiusapan na sumunod po sa mga ipinapatupad ng IATF para na rin sa kaligtasan natin at ng ating pamilya.
