Dr. Kupsh presents HaBEEtat WebApp, machine learning-driven application designed to enhance decision-making in apiculture by automating the identification of suitable hive locations:

Utilizing drone-captured imagery and lightweight scripting through Tracking.js (a 7KB JavaScript computer vision library), the system analyzes environmental features such as sunlight exposure, vegetation density, and windbreaks to determine areas conducive to healthy hive development. The web-based platform embodies the principles of smart farming and precision agriculture by integrating image processing, artificial intelligence, and geospatial analysis for practical field applications.The performance and usability of HaBEEtat WebApp were evaluated using ISO/IEC 25010 software quality model, covering eight key quality attributes: functional suitability, performance efficiency, compatibility, usability, reliability, security, maintainability, and portability. Results revealed high acceptability, with median ratings ranging from 4.0 (Agree) to 5.0 (Strongly Agree) across most categories, demonstrating the web app's reliability, interoperability, and efficiency in real-world agricultural settings.Findings confirm that lightweight machine learning architectures can effectively support small-scale and remote beekeepers, providing a low-resource yet powerful decision-support tool. The study concludes that HaBEEtat WebApp contributes to sustainable apiculture practices, aligns with digital transformation initiatives in agriculture, and offers a replicable model for other smart farming applications. Future work recommends developing a mobile-integrated version for real-time drone-assisted operations and wider accessibility among local apiculturists.

This study presents a comprehensive analysis of graduate research practices at DMMMSU-CGS, focusing on data processing integrity, statistical tool selection, and methodological transparency. Findings revealed critical inconsistencies in the documentation of software tools, with over half of the studies failing to specify the programs used, thereby limiting reproducibility. Among those that did, SPSS emerged as the predominant software, followed by MS Excel and other specialized applications - an indication of methodological dependence on a single platform. To address these gaps, a standardized Data Processing Manual was developed and validated using Lawshe's Content Validity Index. The manual received high expert ratings in content relevance, usability, and organizational structure. Its adoption is expected to strengthen research rigor, enhance transparency in data analysis reporting, and elevate the overall quality and reproducibility of academic research within the institution.

Dr. Jesus Rafael B. Jarata examined how internal migrants in Philippine cities use storytelling as a form of human capital to cope with economic hardship, labor precarity, and social exclusion.

1. Using interviews and story-sharing sessions with ten informal-sector workers, the study found that personal narratives help migrants build trust, strengthen social networks, and access community resources.

2. Migrants use storytelling to transform experiences of vulnerability into narratives of resilience, allowing them to navigate urban challenges and maintain dignity.

3. The research highlights storytelling as a tool for placemaking, enabling migrants to create urban identities and establish a sense of belonging in unfamiliar environments.

4. The study concludes that storytelling functions as both symbolic capital and symbolic labor, demonstrating that marginalized migrants actively shape urban futures rather than merely adapting to them.

Prof. Lopez and his team investigated the bioactive compounds of Xylaria papulis mycelia grown under static and shaking indigenous liquid culture conditions.

1. The study detected several valuable secondary metabolites, including phenolics, terpenoids, alkaloids, fatty acid derivatives, and sugar derivatives in the fungal extracts.

2. Mycelial extracts showed stronger antioxidant activity, reaching up to 43.19% radical scavenging activity, and contained higher total phenolic content than culture-spent extracts.

3. Culture-spent extracts from the shaking condition exhibited notable cytotoxic activity against brine shrimp larvae, with an LC50 value of 94.39 µg/mL.

4. The findings suggest that Xylaria papulis grown in liquid culture is a promising and sustainable source of antioxidant and potentially therapeutic bioactive compounds for future nutraceutical and pharmaceutical applications.

2. It discussed emerging innovations in synthetic microbial communities (SynComs), where carefully designed microbial consortia work together to promote plant growth, suppress pathogens, and improve ecosystem resilience.

3. The paper underscored the importance of integrating advanced technologies such as genomics, microbiome engineering, and multidisciplinary omics approaches to develop more effective and field-adapted microbial solutions.
