Congratulations to Liboro Elementary School for being recognized as the Outstanding PhilGAP Gulayan sa Paaralan Program Implementer during the 1st Regional PhilGAP Summit held on May 12–13, 2026, at the Department of Agriculture – Regional Field Office V (DA-RFO V) in San Agustin, Pili, Camarines Sur.

The school was represented by Dr. Evelyn D. Tonga, School Principal II of Liboro Elementary School, during the event.

‎Ragay II District successfully conducted the Dialogue Concerning MOOE Downloading and Liquidation, bringing together school heads, administrative officers, disbursing officers, senior bookkeepers, and other key personnel to discuss concerns, updates, and best practices in the management and liquidation of Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE) held on June 11, 2026 at RTDC, RNAFS, Liboro, Ragay, Camarines Sur.

‎The activity was graced by the presence of the Assistant Schools Division Superintendent (ASDS) of SDO Camarines Sur, Maria Flora T. Pandes and Ms. Gerlie V. Cañas, Division Accountant, whose insights and guidance provided valuable direction in strengthening accountability, transparency, and compliance in school financial management.

‎The program opened with a prayer led by Mrs. Esther Sandra M. Regaspi, followed by the singing of the Philippine National Anthem led by Mrs. Rita R. Matamorosa and the recitation of the DepEd Quality Policy Statement. Participants were welcomed by Dr. Lorela A. Agnote, School Principal IV of RNAFS, while Dr. Geneveive O. Oh Pimentel, Public Schools District Supervisor, delivered the Message and Statement of Purpose, emphasizing the importance of responsible stewardship of government resources in support of quality education.

‎The dialogue proper and open forum served as meaningful platforms for collaboration, clarification, and the exchange of ideas aimed at improving financial processes and ensuring efficient utilization of public funds.
