CALLING ALL INTERESTED TEACHER APPLICANTS.
DIDUYON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
is now accepting application for Teacher I Position until January 31, 2026.
Teacher Applicants shall submit a letter of intent addressed to the Schools Division Superintendent, MADELYN L. MACALLING PhD, CESO V
Attention: (School Head) RODELIA G SALVADOR ., School Principal -III.
Application must be supported by the following documents:
1. CSC Form 212 ( revised 2025 ) in 2 copies with the latest 2x2 ID picture and with work experience sheet
2. Certified photocopy of PRC professional identification card or a PRC certification showing the teacher's name, LET rating and other information recorded in the PRC Office
3. Certified photocopy of ratings obtained in the Licensure Examination for Teachers ( LET ) / Professional Board Examination for Teachers ( PBET)
4. Certified copy of Transcript of Records and Diploma
5. Copies of Service Record / Certificate of employment, performance rating and and school clearance for those with teaching experience
6. Certificates of specialized trainings, if any
7. Photocopy of valid TESDA NC II Cert., if applicable
8. Certified copy of Voter's ID and / or any proof of residency as deemed acceptable by the School Screening Committee
9. For applicants who by ethnicity belong to an IP community, a cert. or any form of attestation from the IP elders/leaders recognized that the applicant is a member of the IP community (Preferably by the NCIP Office)
10.Certification as valid proof for 4Ps Beneficiary with household number
11. Omnibus Certification of authenticity and veracity (CAV) of all documents submitted, signed by the applicant and data privacy consent pursuant to RA No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012)
12. Checklist of All documents must be compiled in a legal sized folder (red - for Elem.)properly labeled, with table of contents and pagination.
Original copies of the above documents shall be presented to the School Screening Committee to verify and certify as to completeness, veracity, accuracy and authenticity of documents.
Applicants shall submit their pertinent documents to the School Office in-charge.
