LAUNCHING OF ARAL READING PROGRAM

Last September 15, 2025, Eden Integrated School officially launched the ARAL Reading Program, a flagship initiative of the Department of Education. This initiative is designed to strengthen the reading skills and comprehension of our learners, especially those who need extra support to build confidence and foster a love for reading.

The school-based launching of the Aral Reading Program was attended by school officials, stakeholders, teachers and learners, all showing strong support and commitment to helping every child be a reader.

Serving as ARAL Reading Tutors are Ma'am Rovelyn M. Amorada, Ma'am Olive E. Ventura and Ma'am Joelyn O. Kimmayong for Key Stage 1; for Key Stage 2 are Ma'am Jacqueline T. Marzo and Ma'am Rosarie Mae R. Ancheta; and for Key Stage 3 are Ma'am Mishelle A. Balonquita and Ma'am Analyn M. Wigan. In response to this important initiative, the Aral Reading Tutors immediately attended seminars right after the launching to further equip themselves with strategies and approaches in delivering effective reading interventions.

The success of the launching of the Aral Reading Program was also attributed to the guidance and unwavering support of the school head, Dr. Vilma S. Dela Cruz, whose leadership and encouragement inspired the teachers and learners to take active roles in the program. With the collective effort and commitment, the Aral Reading Program of Eden Integrated School stands as a beacon of hope for improving literacy and nurturing a lifelong love for reading.

We also thank our teachers, parents, stakeholders, and learners for their support and effort in making this program a success.

🌳✨ Tree Planting and Nurturing Activity in Eden

In celebration of the 54th Quirino Day, the leaders of Quirino, headed by Vice Governor Julius Caesar S. Vaquilar, together with the Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members, government agency heads, and barangay officials of Eden, led by Hon. Reynaldo S. Marzo planted 600 trees today, September 8, 2025, in Barangay Eden, Cabarroguis, Quirino.

Joining the initiative were the Girl Scouts of the Philippines (GSP) of Eden Integrated School, namely Diosa Nanali, Leann Marzo, Jhanella Venus Yaranon, Jemalyn Lapada and Princess Marzo, guided by their Troop Leaders Mrs. Jacqueline T. Marzo and Ms. Marites L. Reyes, under the leadership of their principal, Dr. Vilma S. Dela Cruz.

This tree planting and nurturing activity is more than just a celebration—it is a commitment to preserve nature, build a greener community, and inspire every citizen to be a responsible steward of the environment.

Ngayong araw ay matagumpay na isinagawa ang Nutrition Month Celebration 2025 sa Eden Integrated School!

Bilang bahagi ng selebrasyon, hindi pinalampas ng SSLG at SELG ang pagkakataon na maipamahagi ang mga Healthkits para sa bawat silid-aralan ng ating paaralan. Pinangunahan ito ng kanilang mga presidente na sina Rexor John E. Sumigcay (SSLG) at Rhazel S. Tambogon (SELG), kasama ang masigasig na suporta ng kanilang mga tagapayo na sina Ma’am Mishelle Balonquita (SSLG Adviser) at Sir Reynan M. Dela Cruz (SELG Adviser).

Ang pamamahagi ng mga Healthkits ay bahagi ng kanilang inisyatibong tinatawag na Project H.E.A.L.T.H.
(Helping Every Area Learn to Thrive in Hygiene)
na naglalayong matugunan ang mga pangangailangan sa kalinisan at kalusugan ng bawat classroom.

Ang mga Healthkits ay nagmula sa request ng mga mag-aaral kay SP Hon. Lilybeth Yogyog, na agad namang tumugon at sumuporta sa adhikaing ito. Samantala, ang mga gamot ay mula naman sa Barangay Eden Health Center.

Lubos ang pasasalamat ng Eden Integrated School sa lahat ng mga tumulong upang maisakatuparan ang proyektong ito. Sama-sama nating pangalagaan ang kalusugan at kalinisan sa ating paaralan!
