Kasama rin sa suspensyon ang mga g**o at non-teaching personnel upang mabigyan sila ng pagkakataong manatili sa ligtas na lugar at maiwasan ang mga panganib na maaaring dulot ng patuloy na pag-ulan.

Maaaring ipatupad ng mga paaralan ang angkop na 𝐀𝐥𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐬 (𝐀𝐃𝐌) o iba pang learning arrangements kung ito ay ligtas at naaayon sa umiiral na mga patakaran ng Department of Education.
