Member of Catholic Educational Association of the Philippines (CEAP) and Bukidnon Associationof Catholic Schools (BUACS). Nuestra Señora del Pilar High School was named after the patroness saint of Kiokong (now Quezon), Bukidnon- NUESTRA SEÑORA DEL PILAR.
