Pagbati at pagkilala, Youth Organization!

Another YORP win for the Kabataang Generalunahin! ✨ Just in time for our Linggo ng Kabataan 2026 celebration, another youth organization from General Luna are officially YORP-approved!

The YOUTH ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND COOPERATIVISM IN SCHOOLS (YECS), a school-based youth organization headed by their President SABRINA MAE E. MAGTIBAY, is now officially registered under the Youth Organization Registration Program - YORP of the National Youth Commission.

This recognition is anchored on Republic Act No. 10742 as amended by RA 11768 or the Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of 2015, which mandates the registration and accreditation of youth and youth-serving organizations nationwide.

As registered organizations, they will also become part of the Local Youth Development Council (LYDC), a body composed of presidents of accredited youth organizations, serving as a platform where youth leaders are given the opportunity to actively participate and have a voice in the planning and development of programs for their organizations and for the youth of General Luna.

To our youth organizations, this is your sign to register!

Being part of YORP means:
• Official recognition from NYC
• Access to youth programs, opportunities, and partnerships
• Stronger platform for your advocacies
• Greater visibility and support for your initiatives
Because organized and registered youth groups are empowered youth groups—ready to lead, serve, and create impact in their communities.
