Sa pagdiriwang natin ng Araw ng Kalayaan, muli nating isapuso na ang tunay na demokrasya ay nakaugat sa ating karapatang bumoto nang malaya. Ang bawat boto ay boses—isang makapangyarihang kasangkapan upang matiyak ang tapat na pamumuno at ang mas maliwanag na kinabukasan ng ating bansa.

Naniniwala ang Southern Luzon State University Federal Commission on Elections na ang bawat hakbang patungo sa integridad ng halalan ay isang pagkilala sa sakripisyo ng ating mga ninuno para sa ating kasarinlan. Sama-sama nating protektahan ang karapatang ito, dahil dito nakasalalay ang lakas at katatagan ng ating demokrasya para sa mga susunod na henerasyon.

Isulong natin ang malaya at matalinong pagboto para sa ikauunlad ng ating bayan. Mabuhay ang Pilipinas!

As we near the close of another remarkable chapter, the SLSU Federal Commission on Elections proudly recognizes the excellence and dedication demonstrated by its officers throughout their service during the Academic Year 2025–2026.

Through all the challenges and milestones, they have reflected the integrity of their offices with professionalism and a commitment to ensuring fair and transparent elections for the student body. Today, through Memorandum Circular No. 7, s. 2026, the Southern Luzon State University - Federal Commission on Elections (FEDCOM) officially announces the successful reorganization of its leadership for the upcoming academic year.

FEDCOM extends its deepest appreciation to the outgoing leadership for its dedicated service and to all commissioners for their active participation.

The Commission sends its most genuine regards to Ms. Marynelle G. Mandal, the former Deputy Chairperson of SLSU FEDCOM 2025-2026, for her recent qualification as a Licensed Professional Teacher according to the results of the Licensure Examination for Teachers. The results of the said examination were published today by the PRC Board.

Congratulations on your achievement, Deputy Nelle. May the next many steps in your career be as remarkable as this one.

PROCLAMATION OF THE NEWLY ELECTED SLSU SSCF EXECUTIVE OFFICERS, AY 2026-2027

Yesterday, May 5, 2026, the Commission officially proclaimed the qualifiers for the Elections that occured last April 30, 2026. This important event was attended by the SLSU FEDCOM Incumbent and Incoming Officers, as well as the Incumbent SLSU SSCF President/Student Regent, Mr. Jan Angelo Claeirx Paderon, and his VP for External Affairs, Mr. Clark Andrew Banagan.

The following names were given their Certificate from The Board of Canvassers:

VICE PRESIDENT FOR INTERNAL AFFAIRS - Elain Rozchle V. Ayala

[FINAL/OFFICIAL RESULTS OF THE SLSU SSCF FEDERAL POPULAR ELECTIONS '26]

It is with great honor that the Commission presents the final tally of votes for this year's Election Day.

As the voting closed this afternoon, the SLSU FEDCOM verified the total number of votes garnered by all the candidates, as well as the election turnout from the whole university. Sixteen colleges and campuses exercised their democratic right to vote for the people they believe will bring success and prosperity to Southern Luzon State University, and with that, the following names have been chosen:

PRESIDENT/STUDENT REGENT - Wesley Jyllian D. Palines - 16 Federal Votes
VICE PRESIDENT FOR INTERNAL AFFAIRS - Elain Rozchle V. Ayala - 16 Federal Votes
VICE PRESIDENT FOR EXTERNAL AFFAIRS - Lara Grace April Acuña - 14 Federal Votes
VICE PRESIDENT FOR FINANCE AND IGP - Ramon Miguel B. Ballena - 16 Federal Votes

All executive posts have been fulfilled through these elections, and the election turnout reached 4,461 voters in the university. With this, the Commission ends this day with gratitude to the student body of SLSU. It is through your will and trust that SLSU Federal Commission on Elections continues to work hard in delivering a right and just electoral process.
