With hearts full of gratitude, the PE-MAKA Supreme Elementary Learner Government (SELG) proudly shares the success of our project “Piso para sa Puso 2.0.”

Through unity, generosity, and the spirit of bayanihan, this year’s project was able to provide groceries to selected indigent families of Paaralang Elementarya ng MAKA. 🌾🛍️

From a single peso, we created a ripple of hope. Every coin dropped, every hand extended, and every effort shared became a blessing to families in need. This proves that when MAKAians come together, we can make a meaningful difference.

We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to our supportive school principal, Dr. Eduardo M. Talaman, for his unwavering guidance and leadership. To our SELG adviser and project chairman, ma’am Rica Ann L. Eclarin, for her dedication and commitment to making this project possible. Our hardworking teachers, generous pupils, and supportive stakeholders who became instruments of hope and compassion.

Because of you, “Piso para sa Puso 2.0” became more than just a project — it became a movement of kindness.

🗳️ PE-MAKA SELG Online Election 2026 🗳️
February 9, 2026

Paaralang Elementarya ng MAKA successfully conducted the SELG Online Election 2026.

This event gave our learners the opportunity to exercise their right to vote in a secure, organized, and technology-driven manner.

The election highlighted the importance of democracy, leadership, and active participation among our learners. It was truly inspiring to see our students responsibly engage in choosing the leaders who will represent them.

We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the PE-MAKA LG COMEA, the teachers who provided gadgets used during the election, the candidates, and all learners who participated and helped make this event a success.

Congratulations to our newly elected SELG officers! 🎉 May you lead with integrity, dedication, and a genuine commitment to serve the learners of Paaralang Elementarya ng MAKA.

We are proud to present project “PISO PARA SA PUSO 2.0”, now on its second year of spreading love, compassion, and hope to our fellow learners, as well as to their families. 💖

Building on the success of our first launch last year, this year’s project continues to remind us that every peso counts and every heart matters. Through your support, we aim to provide groceries to selected indigent families of Paaralang Elementarya ng MAKA.

✨ How to participate:
1. Purchase your heart from SELG officers and adviser.
2. Drop your heart into the box of your chosen teacher.
3. The teacher with the most hearts will receive a special award!

All proceeds from this project will be used to purchase groceries for selected indigent families of Paaralang Elementarya ng MAKA.

State of the Learner Government Address (SOLGA) 2025 | July 28, 2025

"Great leaders inspire others not by their position, but by their purpose—leading with values, and serving with heart."

On July 28, the Supreme Elementary Learner Government (SELG) of Paaralang Elementarya ng MAKA conducted the State of the Learner Government Address (SOLGA) for the beginning of the school year 2025-2026. In the recently concluded SOLGA 2025, Ms. Ashley Nicole C. Fulo, SELG President, proudly presented the General Plan of Action outlining the key programs and initiatives of PE-MAKA SELG for the school year.

Fulo emphasized that true societal transformation begins with good character and strong values. Anchored in the Department of Education’s core values, MakaDiyos, Makatao, Makakalikasan, and Makabansa, the SELG launched its flagship initiative, project MAKA-Connect. The project aims to build meaningful connections among pupils, to God, to nature, to fellowmen, and to the nation through student-led initiatives that promote positive behavior and active citizenship.

With this, PE-MAKA SELG stands ready to empower MAKAians to live out faith, compassion, environmental responsibility, and patriotism.

In line with Memorandum Circular No. 90, s. 2025 issued by the Office of the President, classes in all levels are suspended tomorrow, July 23, 2025, due to the continuous heavy rainfall brought about by the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat).
