BPAHS Swiftly Responds to Safety Measures

Students of Bondoc Peninsula Agricultural High School (BPAHS) were sent home early today following the implementation of a half-day work schedule across Quezon Province, as issued by the Office of the Provincial Administrator on August 7, 2026, after a magnitude 5.4 earthquake struck 13 kilometers southwest of Mamburao, Occidental Mindoro, at 10:38 a.m.

Instrumental Intensity II was recorded in different areas, including Mulanay, Quezon, while authorities advised the public to remain alert for possible aftershocks.

The school prioritized the safety and well-being of its students, faculty, and staff while encouraging everyone to remain vigilant, stay prepared for possible aftershocks, and follow official advisories from the appropriate authorities.
