Pagbubukas ng ARAL Summer Program 2026!

Ngayong araw, Mayo 6, 2026, pormal nang inilunsad ng Bagong Silang Elementary School ang ARAL Summer Program. Layunin ng programang ito na magbigay ng dagdag na suporta sa pagkatuto at higit pang mapatatag ang pundasyon ng ating mga mag-aaral sa pagbasa at pagbilang ngayong bakasyon. Ang programa ay nilahukan ng apat na mag-aaral.

Kasabay nito, isinagawa rin ang oryentasyon para sa mga magulang at tutors kung saan tinalakay ang mga sumusunod:

• Layunin ng Programa – Paunlarin ang kakayahan ng mga bata sa pagbasa at pagbilang.
• Tungkulin ng mga Magulang – Binigyang-diin ang kahalagahan ng pakikipagtulungan ng mga magulang sa mga g**o upang matiyak ang regular na pagdalo at pagkatuto ng mga bata.
• Iskedyul at mga Alituntunin – Ipinaliwanag ang daloy ng mga klase at mga kagamitang kinakailangan sa kabuuan ng programa.

Sa pamamagitan ng pagkakaisa ng mga g**o, magulang, at mga mag-aaral, layunin ng Bagong Silang Elementary School na gawing makabuluhan, masaya, at hitik sa kaalaman ang tag-init na ito.

Tungo sa mas matatag na kinabukasan, simulan natin ang pag-ARAL!

This meaningful occasion is led by our Head Teacher, Sir Aurelio Paral, and graced by the esteemed presence of our Confirming Officer, Ma’am Edeleth Magdaong, together with Ma’am Arlene Gamayao, our dedicated teachers, and our ever-supportive parents.

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to our school leaders, teachers, and parents whose unwavering guidance, commitment, and encouragement have made this achievement possible for our learners. Your dedication has greatly contributed to the success of our graduates.

Today, we recognize and commend our graduates for their hard work, perseverance, and accomplishments. May this milestone inspire them to continue striving for excellence and to pursue their dreams with confidence and determination.

Tema: “Pilipinong Nagsipagtapos: Handang
Mamuno nang may Kakayahan at Mabuting Pagkatao”

Bagong Silang Elementary School recently celebrated Rabies Awareness Month with a short program aimed at educating pupils about rabies, its dangers, and how it can be prevented. The activity helped raise awareness among the students and encouraged them to become responsible pet owners and community members.

The program began with a short message from Mr. Aurelio Paral. In his message, he reminded the pupils about the importance of caring for animals responsibly and staying safe around pets. He emphasized that rabies is a serious disease but can be prevented through proper knowledge and responsible actions. He encouraged everyone to help spread awareness in their homes and communities.

After the message, Mrs. Rizza F. Magdaong discussed what rabies is and how it can be prevented. She explained that rabies is a deadly disease that can be transmitted through the bite or saliva of an infected animal, commonly dogs. She also shared preventive measures such as avoiding stray animals, immediately washing bite wounds with soap and water, and seeking medical help right away. She reminded the pupils that vaccinating pets regularly is one of the best ways to prevent rabies.

Finally, Mrs. Ma. Teresa C. Glor talked about the importance of educating pupils about rabies. She explained that children play an important role in spreading awareness because they can share what they learn with their families and neighbors. By understanding rabies and how to prevent it, pupils can help protect themselves, their pets, and their community.

The celebration of Rabies Awareness Month served as a meaningful reminder that awareness and education are key to preventing rabies and promoting a safer environment for everyone.

A General PTA Meeting was successfully conducted with the active participation of parents, teachers, and school officials. The meeting aimed to discuss important school matters and strengthen the cooperation between parents and the school for the benefit of the learners.
One of the main agendas of the meeting was the Financial Report presented by Mr
Aurelio M. Paral, Head Teacher III and Mrs. Ma.Teresa C.Glor,Master Teacher I. The report showed the summary of the funds collected and the expenses used for different school activities and projects. Parents were informed about how the funds were properly managed and utilized to support the needs of the school.
During the meeting, the parents and teachers also acknowledged the School Head for the various school projects that were successfully implemented. These projects greatly helped in improving the school facilities and creating a better learning environment for the pupils. The school community expressed their gratitude for the leadership and dedication of the School Head.
Another highlight of the meeting was the awarding of winners in the Gulayan sa Paaralan Program. The winners were recognized for their efforts in maintaining productive vegetable gardens in the school. This activity promotes healthy living, proper nutrition, and the importance of gardening among the learners.
The School-Based Feeding Program was also discussed to inform the parents about its purpose in helping improve the nutritional status of selected pupils. Parents were encouraged to support the program to ensure its success.
Lastly, the Early Enrolment for the upcoming school year was announced. Parents were encouraged to enroll their children early to help the school prepare for the next school year and ensure a smooth and organized start of classes.
The meeting concluded with a strong commitment from both parents and teachers to continue working together for the improvement of the school and the welfare of the learners.

Programang pagpupurga isinagawa sa mga mag-aaral ng Bagong Silang Elementary School sa tulong ng mga Barangay Health Workers (BHW). Layunin ng gawaing ito na mapanatiling malusog ang mga mag-aaral at maiwasan ang pagkakaroon ng mga bulate sa tiyan na maaaring makaapekto sa kanilang kalusugan at pagkatuto.
Sa araw ng aktibidad, dumating ang mga BHW upang pangasiwaan ang wastong pagbibigay ng gamot sa mga mag-aaral. Ang mga mag-aaral ay maayos na pumila at isa-isang binigyan ng gamot sa ilalim ng gabay ng mga BHW at mga g**o.Naging maayos at matagumpay ang isinagawang programa dahil sa pagtutulungan ng paaralan at ng mga health workers.
Sa kabuuan, ang programang pagpupurga sa Bagong Silang Elementary School ay naging isang mahalagang hakbang upang mapangalagaan ang kalusugan ng mga mag-aaral at matiyak ang kanilang masiglang pagpasok at pagkatuto sa paaralan.

The State of the Learners Government Address (SOLGA) was successfully delivered by Hasniyah Faith A. Bughao, SELG President of Bagong Silang Elementary School.The activity was attended by the school head,SELG Adviser, teachers, and fellow learners.

During the address, the SELG President highlighted the projects conducted throughout the school year, including leadership activities, school clean-up drives, reading programs, and student engagement initiatives. The president also expressed gratitude to the school head, teachers, and students for their continuous support and cooperation.Other SELG Officers also presented their accomplishments for the whole year.

Furthermore, the SELG President shared the organization’s goals and proposed projects aimed at promoting unity, discipline, and active participation among learners. The SOLGA served as a transparent report of the officers’ performance and strengthened the commitment of the student leaders to serve with integrity and dedication.

The activity concluded with appreciation from the school community, recognizing the efforts of the SELG officers in making the school year productive and meaningful.
