Lahat ay inaanyayahan ng Kagawaran ng Edukasyon na makiisa ngayong darating na Agosto 1-26, 2022 para sa Brigada Eskwela 2022 na may temang, "Brigada Eskwela: Tugon sa Hamon ng Ligtas na Balik-Aral."

Panoorin din ang livestream ng 2022 Brigada Eskwela Kick-off sa pangunguna ng SDO Imus City sa Imus Pilot Elementary School bukas, Agosto 1, sa opisyal na page, YouTube channel, at website ng DepEd Philippines.

"Early Registration for SY 2022-2023"
March 25-April 30, 2022

📍 PAMATDAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

📢 Bilang paghahanda sa pagbubukas ng SY 2022-2023, ang Pamatdan Elementary School ay magsasagawa ng "Early Registration". Inaanyayahan ang mga magulang (guardian) ng mga sumusunod na magpalista:

📌Kindergarten: Mga batang limang (5) taong gulang sa o bago mag Oktubre 31, 2022 (DepEd Order No. 47, s. 2016/DepEd Order No. 20, s. 2018)

📌Grade 1: Mga batang nakapagtapos ng Kindergarten sa S.Y. 2021-2022 (mga batang Kindergarten ngayon).

📌Transferees: Mga batang mula Grade 2-Grade 6 na nagnanais lumipat sa Pamatdan Elementary School.

📌Balik-Aral: Mga batang nagnanais bumalik sa pag-aaral.

Mga dokumento na kailangang isumite:

📌 Kindergarten
▪️ Photocopy ng PSA Birth Certificate
▪️ No PSA Birth Certificate: Magpasa ng photocopy ng alinman sa sumusunod *NSO Birth Certificate/Local Live Birth/Barangay Certification/Late Registration Form
▪️Modified Basic Education Enrollment Form

📌Grade One
▪️Batang Kindergarten completer.
▪️Original Kinder Report Card
▪️ Photocopy ng PSA Birth Certificate
▪️No PSA Birth Certificate: Magpasa ng photocopy ng alinman sa sumusunod *NSO Birth Certificate/Local Live Birth/Barangay Certification/Late Registration Form
▪️Modified Basic Education Enrollment Form (Makukuha sa ES )

📌Transferees (Grade 2 to Grade 6)
▪️Modified Basic Education Enrollment Form
▪️Original Report Card (SF9) na may pirma ng Adviser at Principal
▪️Photocopy ng PSA Birth Certificate

Kung may katanungan at nais linawin, maaaring makipag-ugnayan sa mga sumusunod na g**o:
Kinder-Mam Kristie Penamante ( Tie )
Gr.1- Mam Abanica, at
Transferee- iba pang mga g**o at school head.

☑️Siguraduhin lamang na sumusunod sa mga safety protocols na ipinapatupad sa ating paaralan.
☑️Palaging magsuot ng facemask.
