Mission/Vision
Philosophy:
The tutorial center, as part of the educational system, has a role to portray in the society and the attainment of goals of both the country and the families, in shaping the youth’s knowledge, skills, character and moral values. Mission-Vision
The Vineyard Tutorial Center, as an educational agency, envisions to assist and train learners, not just in academic success, but also in character building at its best. It shall become a venue for both academic remediation and enrichment to aid and guide in learners’ growth and development. II. Learning Programs

1. Preschool Reading and Writing (both English and Filipino)
