On April 12, 1985, the Security and Safety Training Center, Incorporated (SSTCI) acquired its juridical personality under the Securities and Exchange Commission Registration Certificate No 126189. SSTCI was also registered before at the Department of Trade and Industry under Certificate No. 96013904.SSTCI was also accredited by the Philippine National Police Security Agencies and Guards Supervision Division (SAGSD) under Accreditation No. 010-00 issued on August 2, 2000. SSTCI was the only security training school that was awarded a certificate of Accreditation by the Council of Criminology of the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) as a provider of Continuing Professional Education per PRC Resolution No 381, series of 1995. Under this accreditation, the SSTCI was authorized to conduct Seminars or Symposia in the field of Law Enforcement and Administration, Police Sciences and other various Forensic Sciences and Criminalistics, for all Registered Criminologist in the Philippines. Today, the academy is superiority managed by its dedicated leadership amongst whom were icons in the industry, Antonio B. Maniwang, Chairman, providing technical and academic information. In addition to its highly competent management team, the organization is currently under the directorship of their Training Director Mr. Joe Marie E. Dogelio MPA, CSP, CST.
