AlertQC: A Web and Mobile Disaster Utility and Incident Report Management System for Quezon City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office - A disaster management system can be used to guide the users about disasters, whether natural or man-made, a guide for emergency actions and what to do during an on-going disaster. The system can help users guide them before a disaster strikes - basic medical advice, evacuation mapping, emergency kit checklists, news about an imminent disaster. The system can guide and help users and responders during the disaster - geo-tagging, messaging, one-tap messaging, road mapping for users to be able to map congested or blocked roads. This system will allow the residents to help responders and allow responders to help victims; the residents can help with rescue efforts with updates on their situation and environment. To help the responders locate and help the disaster victims through the applications made for citizens, responders, and the Quezon City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management offices.
