🦟 ANTI-DENGUE SPRAYING ACTIVITY 🦟
July 11, 2026

In support of maintaining a safe and healthy learning environment, the Sangguniang Barangay of Basiad, headed by Brgy. Capt. Verino Baculinao, conducted an anti-dengue spraying activity at EPBHS with the assistance of the Ma’am Carmen Roll, Ma’am Cissel Sanchez and Sir Mark Anthony Asis (Science teachers), together with the school guard and utility personnel.

The activity was conducted as a preventive measure to help control the mosquito population and reduce the risk of dengue transmission, especially during the rainy season when mosquitoes breed rapidly in areas with stagnant water. Through regular spraying and continued environmental cleanliness, the school and the barangay aim to protect the health and well-being of learners, teachers, and the entire school community.

EPBHS through our school head Sir Raul Mallapre, extends its sincere appreciation to the Sangguniang Barangay of Basiad, led by Brgy. Capt. Verino Baculinao, for their continued support and commitment to promoting a clean, safe, and dengue-free community.

Together, let us continue to stay vigilant by keeping our surroundings clean and eliminating potential mosquito breeding sites. Prevention begins with each one of us. 💚

Last night, July 10, 2026, E.P. Borja High School headed by the School Head- Mr. Raul Mallapre successfully celebrated the Oathtaking and Induction of Officers together with our PSDS of Sta. Elena District- Ma’am Jane T. Ramirez, Brgy. Capt. Verino Baculinao with Brgy.Councilor Arjohn Serdon as inducting officers. A meaningful occasion that symbolizes not only the acceptance of leadership roles but also the commitment to serve with dedication, excellence, and compassion, highlighted with the inspirational message of the guest and inducting officer from the chairperson of the Committee on Education-Municipal Councilor Ricardo B. Bueno.

True leadership flourishes through collaboration. Building a stronger and better school community is a shared responsibility that extends beyond elected officers. It is made possible through the unwavering support and active partnership of our stakeholders—students, parents, teachers, school administrators, alumni, and community partners.
