📌Transferees (Grade 2 to Grade 6)
✅ Original Report Card (SF9) na may pirma ng Adviser at Principal
✅ Photocopy ng PSA Birth Certificate
✅ Basic Education Enrollment Form (Ito'y maaaring makuha sa paaralan kung saan magpapalista.)
Magtungo lamang sa paaralan upang magpasa ng requirements at magfill-out ng enrollment form.
