The Local Government Unit invites Education Graduates / Education Students or other related courses who are willing to help our fellow Panukuleños improve their reading skills this summer!

✅ Volunteer Work Details:
• Duration: 14 Days (May 11- June 2, 2026)
• Time Commitment: 3 Hours per Day
• Program Focus: Helping learners improve reading skills
This is a meaningful opportunity to serve the community, gain experience, and make a difference in a child’s learning journey.
🎓 Certificate of Participation will be issued upon successful completion of the program.

The ARAL Reading Summer Program 2026 of Panukulan District is a meaningful initiative created to help learners become more confident and capable readers. It focuses on supporting children, especially those who are struggling, by strengthening their basic reading skills while also helping them develop a genuine love for reading. The program welcomes learners from Grades 1 to 9 and provides them with fun, engaging, and learner-centered activities such as guided reading, storytelling, and vocabulary-building exercises.

Starting from May 6 to June 6, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM in all schools across the district, the program uses simple, localized materials and teaching strategies that suit the different needs of learners. Teachers work closely with students, and peer support is encouraged to create a more comfortable and interactive learning environment.

With the strong support of teachers, school heads, parents, and community partners, the program aims to help learners read more smoothly, understand what they read better, and feel more confident in their abilities. More than anything, it is a shared effort to guide every child toward becoming a better reader one step at a time.
