📚 DAY 1-INSET 2026 | Effective Classroom Management through Positive Discipline 🌟

Malaking Pulo Elementary School successfully conducted an In-Service Training (INSET) on “Effective Classroom Management through Positive Discipline,” designed to equip teachers with practical strategies in creating a positive, safe, respectful, and learner-centered classroom environment.

Our heartfelt appreciation goes to our Resource Speaker, Ma’am Irene C. Garcia, for sharing her valuable knowledge, expertise, and meaningful insights on the importance of positive discipline in promoting responsible behavior, positive relationships, and better learning experiences for our learners. 💛📚

We also extend our sincere gratitude to our School Principal, Ma’am Beverly Joy T. De Leon, for her leadership and unwavering support in providing opportunities for the continuous professional growth of our teachers.

Special recognition is also given to our PDO, Sir Renz Magnaye, as QAME officer, helping ensure the effective implementation and meaningful assessment of the training activity.
