CHED-UniFAST TES: TERTIARY EDUCATION SUBSIDY

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT | TES 1 & TES 2 SCHOLARS β€” 1st Semester AY 2025–2026

The Palawan State University – Institutional Student Programs and Services (ISPS) is currently facilitating the validation and processing of stipend information for TES 1 and TES 2 scholars included in the current list for release.

Students whose names appear in the official lists below are requested to accomplish the Google Form for the submission and verification of their LandBank account information.

IMPORTANT REMINDER: If your name appears on either of the official lists, please accomplish the Google Form even if you have previously submitted your LandBank account details. The information will be used to verify and update your records for the current stipend processing.

The submission of LandBank account information and the required academic records is part of the verification and preparation process for the stipend release. Students are encouraged to provide complete and accurate information to facilitate the processing of their records.

Please note that submission of the required information does not constitute a confirmation or guarantee of stipend release. The actual release remains subject to the completion of the necessary validation, availability of funds, and applicable eligibility requirements.

Deadline for submission: August 28, 2026

Please be guided accordingly and ensure that the information submitted is accurate and complete. For questions or concerns, please coordinate with your respective CCRD Campus/Focal Person. Thank you for your prompt cooperation and compliance.

The program provides financial assistance to deserving students to help them pursue quality higher education and achieve their academic goals.

πŸ“Œ Apply in Three (3) Easy Steps

1️⃣ Complete the Documentary Requirements
Prepare all the required documents and accomplish the official application form.

2️⃣ Complete the Online Application
Scan the QR codes provided in the posters to access the application form and Google Form. Fill out the online application, upload the required documents, and submit a pre-recorded self-introduction video (maximum of three [3] minutes) answering the following questions:

Why am I pursuing my chosen course?
How do I see myself contributing to nation-building?

3️⃣ Submit the Hard Copies

Enhancing campus engagement through responsible partnerships.

The Office of the Student Affairs and Services (OSAS) successfully facilitated the review and endorsement of the request of Palawan Pawnshop to conduct a campus promotional booth for the PalawanPay App ProTektodo Insurance at Palawan State University.

Following a thorough evaluation and coordination with the Student Affairs Services – Institutional Student Programs and Services (SAS–ISPS) Unit, the proposal was found to be consistent with existing University policies and operational guidelines. The request was subsequently endorsed and approved by the University President, Dr. Venzon L. Limpiada.

The promotional booth will be available on campus from 17–20 August 2026, providing members of the University community with an opportunity to learn more about the PalawanPay App and its ProTektodo Insurance services. 🧑

The Office of Student Affairs and Services (OSAS) of Palawan State University, headed by Engr. Dexter B. Tanabe, successfully conducted a partnership meeting with representatives of Charlton Media Group Manila Inc. to discuss potential collaboration through the Company Exposure Programme, student internship opportunities, and other initiatives aimed at strengthening the link between the academe and industry.

The meeting served as an avenue to exchange ideas and explore collaborative programs that will provide Palawan State University students and graduates with meaningful industry exposure, professional development opportunities, and enhanced career readiness.
