The Palawan State University Student Government (USG) proudly represented the student body at the Tourism Summit 2026, held yesterday at the Best Western Plus The Ivywall Hotel, Puerto Princesa City. Hosted by the City Government of Puerto Princesa through the City Tourism Department, this significant gathering convened key stakeholders across government agencies, private sector partners, industry experts, and the academe.

Engaging in key discussions surrounding sustainable tourism development, digital innovation, emerging industry trends, and destination marketing allows the student government to ensure that the youth’s perspective remains central to the growth of our local community. We extend our deepest gratitude to City Tourism Officer Demetrio C. Alvior Jr. and the entire City Tourism Department for the gracious invitation and for continuing to foster collaborative partnerships with the academic sector.

Together, we remain committed to driving sustainable progress and building a stronger future for Puerto Princesa City.

On September 10, the newly elected officers of the University Student Government–Tiniguiban (USG), alongside leaders from the respective College Student Governments (CSGs), officially took their oath at the Palawan State University Landmark. The momentous occasion was attended by Palawan State University administrators and University President Venzon L. Limpiada

With the oath taken and leadership officially transitioned, the incoming USG officers and CSG student leaders stand united to advocate for the student body, elevate the campus experience, and lead PalawanSU into its next chapter.

‎By donating blood, we share a part of ourselves to help others. It is a small gesture, but it can make a meaningful difference in someone’s life.

As the term comes to a close, we invite all students to share their feedback on the performance and service of the Palawan State University Student Government throughout A.Y. 2025–2026 under the leadership of 𝙋𝙧𝙚𝙨. 𝙅𝙝𝙤𝙣 𝙂𝙧𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝙇𝙤𝙣𝙜𝙨𝙪𝙙. Your experiences and perspectives can help us recognize our accomplishments and identify areas where we can still improve.

The final part of the form also gives students the opportunity to evaluate specific officers based on their performance and service throughout the term under the administration. All responses are 𝙖𝙣𝙤𝙣𝙮𝙢𝙤𝙪𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙛𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙖𝙡, so we encourage everyone to share honest and constructive feedback that can help us reflect and grow.
