🩺❤️ **LEARNING TODAY, SAVING LIVES TOMORROW!** ❤️🩺

Palguyod National High School successfully conducted a **Lecture Demonstration on Basic Life Support and CPR** on **September 25, 2026, at the PNHS Social Hall**.

The activity provided participants with valuable knowledge and practical awareness on **emergency response, Basic Life Support, and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)**—essential skills that can make a difference in critical situations.

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to our resource speaker, **James Scott C. Afos, Chapter Service Representative on Safety Services**, for sharing his expertise and valuable insights.

Our sincere thanks also go to the school administration, teachers, Red Cross Youth, SSLG, participants, and everyone who contributed to the successful conduct of this meaningful activity.

On September 8, 2026, the Science Teachers, together with the Science Club Officers, posted the National Science Month 2026 tarpaulin at Palguyod National High School.
