𝗛𝗢𝗡. 𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗛𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗘 𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗠𝗔𝗖𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗗𝗘𝗕𝗨𝗤𝗨𝗘 is our honored 𝙂𝙪𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝙎𝙥𝙚𝙖𝙠𝙚𝙧 for the 79th Commencement Exercises of West Visayas State University – Pototan Campus on June 2, 2025. A proud alumna of the Philippine Science High School – Western Visayas and a graduate of BS Industrial Pharmacy from the University of the Philippines – Manila, she currently serves as Mayor of the Municipality of Anilao. Recently, she earned the overwhelming mandate of the people as the newly-elected Vice Governor of the Province of Iloilo, garnering 547,462 votes, equivalent to 51.95% of the total votes cast. 🤷

𝗗𝗥. 𝗝𝗢𝗨𝗘𝗡𝗔 𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗘𝗭 𝗖𝗢𝗥𝗗𝗘𝗥𝗢 is our esteemed 𝙂𝙐𝙀𝙎𝙏 𝙎𝙋𝙀𝘼𝙆𝙀𝙍 for the 79th Recognition Program -- a proficiency awardee, proud alumna, and member of WVSU Pototan BSHRST Class 2013. She is currently an Assistant Professor IV and Department Chairperson, Business Administration and Management, Romblon State University - San Fernando Campus. In 2019, she was granted a scholarship under the Hospitality Management Co-op Diploma Program at Arbutus College of Communication Arts, Business, and Technology in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. We are honored to welcome you back, Dr. Cordero, to your beloved Alma Mater!
