SLSU Polillo Review Program

Southern Luzon State University–Polillo Campus proudly celebrates another milestone with a new batch of Licensed Professional Teachers.

In the September 2025 Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers, 27 out of 32 Elementary Education examinees (84.38%) and 2 out of 4 Secondary Education examinees (50.00%) passed the examination, resulting in a total of 29 passers from SLSU Polillo Campus.

Of the successful examinees, 28 were first-time takers, while 1 was a repeater.

The 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗹 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗮 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 conducted the 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐍𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐓𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬 (𝐍𝐀𝐍𝐓𝐄) in July 2025 to assess the current standing of SLSU Polillo students and their readiness for the Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers. 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗨𝗟𝗧𝗦 𝗔𝗥𝗘 𝗢𝗨𝗧!

Congratulations to the following examinees who garnered the ten (10) highest places in the July 2025 Mock Board Examination for Aspiring Professional Teachers.

28 out of 184 (15.22%) passed the examination. It is further announced that of the 28 passers, 11 are third-year and 17 are fourth-year students. Ronnie Dorado Valderama of BEED 4 ranked first in the overall result of the said examination.

The examination was administered on July 9, 2025, at the main and annex buildings of SLSU Polillo, headed by Asst. Prof. Marites P. De Leon as review head, Mr. Jonald D. Traquiña as review coordinator, Asst. Prof. Ethel Q. Quesea, and Ms. Karizza May J. Mercado as members.

The review sessions are conducted yearly for free for all bona fide students and graduates of the campus, in partnership with the Local Government Unit of Polillo.

𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗨𝗟𝗧𝗦 𝗔𝗥𝗘 𝗢𝗨𝗧!

Congratulations to the following examinees who garnered the ten (10) highest places in the diagnostic examination in general and professional education courses.

For General Education Courses, 15 out of 175 examinees (8.57%) successfully passed the diagnostic exam, while for Professional Education Courses, 21 out of 175 examinees (12.00%) passed the examination.

Jenn Marie L. Azcuna of BEED 4 ranked first in the overall result of the said examination, while Mr. Eiddle Ruge V. Pamisaran of Batch 2024 and Mr. Roben E. Azores of BEED 4 topped the examination in general education and professional education, respectively.

The said examination was administered on May 4, 2025, at evacuation center of LGU Polillo by the review team of the institution, headed by Asst. Prof. Marites P. De Leon as review head, Mr. Jonald D. Traquiña as review coordinator, and Ms. Karizza May J. Mercado, as a member.

The sessions for this year's review season will officially start on May 11, 2025, Sunday. These will be held temporarily at the evacuation center of LGU Polillo.

The review sessions are conducted yearly for free for all bona fide students and graduates of the campus, in partnership with the Local Government Unit of Polillo.
