Our learners, teaching and non-teaching participated in a Fire Extinguisher Lecture conducted by the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) – Polillo Fire Station, Quezon. Through this hands-on activity, participants learned the proper operation of a fire extinguisher and the importance of fire safety and emergency preparedness.

Our sincere gratitude to the BFP Polillo Fire Station, Quezon, especially to the dedicated BFP Lecturers, for sharing their expertise and helping equip our school community with essential life-saving skills.

🇵🇭 LIBJO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL JOINS THE SIMULTANEOUS FLAG RAISING CEREMONY 🇵🇭
In support of the Department of Education Memorandum dated July 2, 2026, Libjo Elementary School actively participated in the Simultaneous Flag Raising Ceremony this Monday, July 6, 2026, at 7:00 AM, in commemoration of the 10th Anniversary of the 2016 South China Sea Arbitral Award.

The activity aims to deepen the awareness and appreciation of learners, teachers, and school personnel on the significance of the 2016 Arbitral Award and to reaffirm the country's commitment to the rule of law, sovereignty, sovereign rights, jurisdiction, and lawful maritime entitlements.

Through this observance, the school continues to uphold the values of patriotism, responsible citizenship, and informed civic engagement among its stakeholders.

📚 School-Based LAC Session
June 26, 2026

The teaching personnel of Libjo Elementary School successfully conducted a School-Based Learning Action Cell (LAC) Session on Project ALAB: A Data-driven Approach to Assessing Learners' Basic Reading Ability to Bridge Reading Gap Through Reading Intervention.

This initiative strengthens teachers' capacity to use data in identifying learners' reading needs and implementing appropriate interventions to improve literacy outcomes. Together, we remain committed to ensuring that every learner becomes a confident and capable reader.

Libjo ES joins 2nd Quarter National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED)
today, June 18, 2026 to strengthen disaster preparedness and promote safety in schools.

At exactly 9am, learners, teachers and non-teaching staff performed the “Duck, Cover, and Hold” procedure and followed evacuation protocols. A total of 257: 122 male learners, 123 female learners, and 12 personnel joined the said activity.

The drill highlighted the importance of preparedness and quick response during emergencies. This shows the school's commitment at maintaining safe and resilient learning environment through regular disaster preparedness activities.

🇵🇭 Maligayang Ika-128 Araw ng Kalayaan! 🇵🇭

Ngayong Hunyo 12, ating ginugunita ang ika-128 anibersaryo ng kalayaan ng Pilipinas—isang makasaysayang araw na sumisimbolo sa katapangan at sakripisyo ng ating mga bayani para sa ating kasarinlan.

Ang mga g**o at kawani ng Libjo Elementary School ay nakiisa sa pagdiriwang na ito bilang pagpapakita ng pagmamahal sa bayan at patuloy na pagsusulong ng diwa ng kalayaan sa mga mag-aaral.

Ngayong araw ay opisyal nating sinimulan ang panibagong taong panuruan. Masayang sinalubong ng mga g**o at kawani ng Libjo Elementary School ang ating mga mag-aaral sa kanilang unang araw ng pagpasok.

Nawa'y maging puno ng pagkatuto, pagkakaibigan, at mga bagong karanasan ang taong ito para sa bawat bata. Sama-sama nating itaguyod ang isang ligtas, masaya, at makabuluhang kapaligiran para sa pag-aaral.

Maraming salamat sa suporta at pakikipagtulungan ng mga magulang, mga stakeholder, at buong komunidad sa matagumpay na pagbubukas ng klase.
