On October 7, 2025, the Teacher's Day Celebration was held at Bicol University Polangui Gymnasium. The event had fun and exciting games and booths provided for the teachers and non-teaching staff. All thanks to the cooperation of the LMTS (League of Mechanical Technology Students), YETO (Young Electrical Technologists Organization), and ETSO (Electronics Technology Students Organization) for making the event memorable, enjoyable, and heart-touching!

Bicol University Polangui recently played host to a 5-day Construction Occupational Safety and Health (COSH) training, conducted by BEACON OSH TRAINING CO, and accredited by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), held from September 15 to 19, 2025. The training was specifically designed for students from the Electrical Technology and Electronics Engineering programs.

The primary objective of the training was to equip future engineers and technologists with essential knowledge on construction safety protocols and practices. Participants gained valuable insights into the role of a Safety Officer, learning about their responsibilities in ensuring a safe working environment and mitigating potential hazards on construction sites.

This initiative underscores BU Polangui's commitment to providing holistic education that goes beyond technical skills, emphasizing the importance of safety and health in the construction industry.
