Before stepping into this leadership role, you once saw yourself only through the lens of academics – hesitant to venture into uncharted territory and take on new responsibilities beyond your studies. The thought of leading, coordinating, and representing your fellow students felt daunting, and you weren’t sure if you could balance it all.

But look at you now! You’ve transformed in ways that inspire everyone around you. As Secretary, you’ve not only mastered the nitty-gritty of documentation, communication pertaining to our SSLG activities but you've blossomed into someone who jives and gets along with your co- officers.

A HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ITARAN NHS from your SUPREME SECONDARY LEARNER GOVERNMENT (SSLG)....

As we bid farewell to 2025 and welcome 2026 with open hearts, the Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) extends warmest greetings to all students, teachers, staff, and parents of our beloved school.

This past year has been filled with shared triumphs – from successful school initiatives and sports events to impactful academic pprograms that brought us closer as one big family. We’ve faced challenges together, supported each other through difficulties, and grown stronger as a school community.

In 2026, we commit to continuing our mission of empowering every learner, fostering a safe and inclusive environment, and working hand-in-hand with all stakeholders to make our school an even better place to learn, grow, and thrive. The Supreme Secondary Learner Government commemorates with the Philippine Nation the 129th Anniversary of Rizal's ex*****on at Bagumbayan, now known as Rizal Park or Luneta, in Manila.

This is a significant day of celebrating the life, heroism and martyrdom of Dr. Jose Rizal.

The theme for this year's celebration is "Rizal: Sa Pagbangon ng mga Mamamayan, Aral at Diwa Mo ang Tunay na Gabay" (Rizal: As Our People Rise, Your Teachings and Wisdom Guide Our Way).

As we celebrate Rizal Day, let's remember that his teachings are more relevant than ever! In these times, Rizal's wisdom guides us as we work together to build a better future.

SSLG's CHRISTMAS ESCAPADE'' 2025 🌲🎄

Our SSLG Christmas escapade is a proof that the best celebrations don’t need to be grand — just full of love.

From attending Sunday Mass which was perfect since it was Holy Family Sunday (honoring the Holy Family), to sharing simple meals, laughing our hearts out at the arcade as we got competitive in the games trying to win prizes, to hopping from one Christmas decor spot to the next for cute group photos.....and through it all, one thing was clear HAPPINESS isn’t about how big the celebration is, but who you’re with. It's the bond that makes it all special.

Just like Joseph, Mary, and Jesus, our team is a holy family bound by love — and that’s the greatest gift of all.🎄✨

"During the 46th Founding Anniversary celebration of Itaran NHS, SSLG performed a modern cultural dance.

Their presentation was not just meant to bring joy and color to the event, but also to echo the message of the song 'Ang Saya, Ang Saya Maging Pilipino, ' originally performed by artists: Ms. Rachel Ann Go and Mr. Darren Espanto

The song conveys that despite the conflicts and chaos in the Philippines, Filipinos possess a strength of spirit - (tibay ng loob) admired by the world — and it calls on every Filipino to stand together and show the world their love for their country."

“Always think before you click,” isang makapangyarihang katagang iniwan sa atin ng Miss Universe 2015 na si Pia Wurtzbach. Sa simpleng paalalang ito, nakapaloob ang isang malinaw na mensahe: ang mapanagutang paggamit ng social media ay hindi basta opsyon—ito ay isang tungkulin.

Tunay nga, ang kabataan ang pag-asa ng bayan—ngunit ang paghubog ng responsibilidad ay dapat nagsisimula habang sariwa pa ang kanilang pag-iisip. Ang pamana ng henerasyong ito sa mundo ng teknolohiya ay hindi lamang magtatala ng pagbabago; ito rin ang magiging simula ng isang mas ligtas at mas makabuluhang komunidad sa social media.
