📢 ANNOUNCEMENT

In accordance with Executive Order No. 45, Series of 2026, issued by Governor Rogelio D. Pacquiao, the alternative work arrangements under EO No. 33 have been lifted, and regular government operations will resume.

Effective July 16, 2026, Notre Dame of Kiamba, Inc. will resume classes.

Students and parents are advised to monitor the official page of the school and other official communication channels for specific class schedules, learning arrangements, and other important updates.

📢 SCHOOL ADVISORY
Further Extension of Class Suspension

In compliance with the Order Further Extending the Effectivity of Executive Order No. 36, Series of 2026, issued by the Provincial Government of Sarangani, Notre Dame of Kiamba, Inc. announces that the suspension of face-to-face classes is further extended until July 15, 2026, unless earlier modified, shortened, or lifted by the Provincial Governor.

To ensure the continuity of learning, the school will continue to implement its alternative learning arrangements.

All students and parents/guardians are advised that the retrieval of previously assigned learning materials and the distribution of new learning materials will take place on:

ANNOUNCEMENT!

In compliance with Executive Order No. 36, s. 2026 issued by Governor Rogelio D. Pacquiao, the suspension of classes in all levels (public and private) across the Province of Sarangani is hereby observed from June 18 to June 30, 2026.

In line with this directive, the school will continue to ensure the continuity of learning through adjustments in the delivery of instruction, utilizing modular learning materials and online learning activities as deemed appropriate by subject teachers. Learners are advised to remain updated and to coordinate with their respective advisers and teachers regarding their academic requirements during this period.

📌 Important Schedule:
The retrieval of old modules and distribution of new learning materials will be conducted on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at 1:00 PM at the school campus. Students and parents/guardians are encouraged to come on time and follow proper coordination with their respective class advisers.

📢 PUBLIC ADVISORY

Governor Rogelio D. Pacquiao has issued Executive Order No. 36, Series of 2026, declaring the suspension of classes in all levels, both public and private schools, throughout the Province of Sarangani from June 18 to June 30, 2026.

This measure is implemented to ensure the safety and well-being of learners, teachers, and school personnel as the province continues its recovery and rehabilitation efforts following the 7.8 magnitude earthquake and the series of aftershocks experienced in recent days.

📚 In lieu of face-to-face classes, modular learning activities will be released and retrieved on Tuesday, June 23, 2026. Parents and learners are advised to wait for further instructions from their respective class advisers regarding the distribution and submission of modules.

📝 Enrollment for all grade levels remains ongoing during the suspension period. Parents and guardians may continue to coordinate with the school for enrollment concerns and requirements.

Let us continue to prioritize safety, remain vigilant, and follow the advisories of local authorities. We also encourage everyone to keep affected families and communities in our prayers during this challenging time.
