Notice of Holiday

The school announces the observance of the Feast of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary on Monday, December 8, 2025.

The Immaculate Conception is a fundamental dogma of the Catholic Church which teaches that the Blessed Virgin Mary, in the first moment of her conception, by a singular grace and privilege granted by Almighty God, in view of the merits of Jesus Christ, the Savior of the human race, was preserved free from all stain of original sin. This special grace prepared her to be the worthy Mother of God.

In solemn observance of this profound mystery, Monday, December 8, 2025, is a Special Non-working Holiday. We kindly remind our community that there will be NO CLASSES and no office operations on this day. We encourage everyone to reflect prayerfully on the gift of Mary's purity and her exemplary faith.

ADVISORY

To all Parents and Guardians,

Please be advised that the Homeroom Meeting scheduled for Sunday, November 30th, has been rescheduled and will now be held at 1:00 PM.

We look forward to seeing you there to discuss important matters concerning your child's progress and upcoming school activities.

ANNOUNCEMENT:

In preparation for the upcoming Catholic Schools Athletic Association (CSAA) Meet, the school will be implementing a temporary shortened class program starting November 19, 2025, until further announcement.

This adjustment is necessary to provide our student participants, and teachers with adequate practice time for the various sports, literary, and cultural events.

All daily classes will be dismissed at 2:15 PM.

Parents and guardians are kindly reminded to ensure the safe and timely arrival of students back home following the early dismissal. Your support for our athletes and participants is greatly appreciated.

SCHOOL ADVISORY

To uphold discipline and uniformity, the school reminds all students of the mandatory wearing of official uniforms, effectively starting November 17, 2025.

Uniform Schedule:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: Official School Uniform
- Wednesday: P.E. Uniform
- Friday: School Uniform or Club/Organization Uniform

Dress Code Reminders:
- The wearing of sweat shirts or pants, jogger pants, tattered jeans, vests, sleeveless blouses, see-through tops, crop tops, or tops with low necklines is strictly prohibited.
- Jeans, slacks, or trousers may be worn as appropriate alternatives.

All students are expected to observe these guidelines at all times. Non-compliance will be dealt with in accordance with school regulations.
