𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗔𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻?
The Certification can be used for the following purposes:
1. DICT issues a Certificate of Proficiency, serving as the basis for the CSC's special ICT eligibility.
2. The test evaluates an individual's competence in programming, systems analysis, and design functions.
3. Individuals can use the test to assess and improve their knowledge and technical skills continually.
4. ICT training centers are encouraged to enhance their curricula to better prepare students for the exam.
5. Under Presidential Decree 1408, successful exam takers will receive the CSC special ICT (Electronics Data Processing) Specialist Eligibility, equivalent to a CSC Professional Eligibility.

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
• A Filipino citizen;
• A Bachelor’s Degree holder or will graduate within the school year (as certified by the Dean or School Registrar); and
• Must have undergone formal training in computer programming.

Requirements:
A. Graduating students
• Duly signed Application Form (not handwritten)
• Photocopy of PSA/NSO Birth Certificate
• Dean or Registrar's Certification that the examinee is graduating within the school year

B. IT Professionals/Graduates
• Duly signed Application Form (not handwritten)
• Photocopy of PSA/NSO Birth Certificate
• Photocopy of TOR
• Photocopy of Valid ID
• Photocopy of Diploma
• For Non-IT related bachelor’s degree holders, 40 hours IT-related training or practicing programmer as certified by the company’s HR.
