Meanwhile, the Low Pressure Area (LPA 12a) being monitored OUTSIDE PAR has a “HIGH” potential of developing into a tropical depression within the next 24 hours.

Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms. Winds are light to moderate from southeast to south while coastal waters are slight to moderate (0.6 to 1.8 meters)
