𝐒𝐄𝐏𝐓𝐄𝐌𝐁𝐄𝐑 𝐈𝐒 𝐒𝐔𝐈𝐂𝐈𝐃𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐌𝐎𝐍𝐓𝐇

This September, we remind ourselves of a truth that should never be forgotten: every life matters, every story deserves to be heard, and no one should have to face their struggles alone.

Sometimes, prevention begins with something as simple as “𝐀𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐨𝐤𝐚𝐲?” It begins with noticing, listening without judgment, reaching out with compassion, and helping someone connect with the support they need.

Let us break the silence surrounding mental health and create spaces where people feel safe to speak, heard without judgment, and encouraged to seek help.

𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐚 𝐛𝐮𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐧.
𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐞.
𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬.

This month, let us do more than raise awareness. Let us choose to notice. Let us choose to listen. Let us choose to reach out.

Because sometimes, one conversation can open the door to help.

📞If you or someone you know needs support, help is available.

𝐌𝐮𝐥𝐚 𝐬𝐚 𝐓𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐍𝐨𝐨𝐧 𝐇𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐚 𝐊𝐢𝐥𝐨𝐬 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧 𝐍𝐠𝐚𝐲𝐨𝐧.
