This application is open to all officially enrolled students of CAPSU Pilar for the First Semester, A.Y. 2026โ€“2027.

Students who are currently receiving any of the following government-funded scholarship or financial assistance programs are not qualified to apply:
* Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES)
* Tulong-Dunong Program (TDP)
* CHED Merit Scholarship Program (CMSP)
* Coconut Farmers and their Families Scholarship Program (CoScho)
* Any other government-funded Student Financial Assistance Program (StuFAP), except the Free Higher Education Program under Republic Act No. 10931

Calling all CAPSU Pilar TES graduates Batch 2023 and 2024 from board programs (BEED, BSA, BSSW) You may submit your TES 3B reimbursement applications on or before January 19, 2026 at CapSU Pilar Scholarship Office.

Please submit a photocopy of your NOA, Certificate of Graduation or TOR.
