MARAWI CITY, Lanao del Sur (PIA)-- Some 41 former violent extremists (FVEs) from the municipalities of Butig and Piagapo received Wednesday, Oct 12, assistance from Project Tulong Ng Gobyernong Nagmamalasakit (TuGoN) as part of the Bangsamoro Government's drive to end local armed conflict.

In celebration of the establishment of the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region, the Technical Education and Skills Development - MBHTE Lanao del Sur Provincial Office under the leadership of PD Aleida Nameerah P. Mangata in partnership with the Office of MP Marjanie S. Mimbantas Macasalong is offering FREE SERVICES at Aleem Abdul Aziz Memorial Center (Satellite Office), Sandab, Butig, LDS this coming January 21-22, 2022.

The Provincial Office with the help of the Technical Vocational Institutions will offer free haircut, free manicure, and free Blood Pressure check-up. In addition, there will be short training courses with return demonstration intended to help the locals of Butig and different Municipalities in Lanao del Sur who are interested to have the following skills for livelihood: Noodle making; pandesal/spanish bread making; Cupcake making; Cookie making; and Cinnamon Bread making.

All of these free services is open to all Bangsamoro who will join us to commemorate the 3rd Bangsamoro Foundation Day.
