In compliance with Memorandum Order No. 212, s. 2026 issued by the Office of the Governor , classes at all levels are suspended on Friday, July 10, 2026, due to the heavy rains brought about by the enhanced Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) and in anticipation of the possible impacts of Super Typhoon “INDAY.”

St. Augustine’s Academy of Patnongon, Inc. will implement the Alternative Delivery Mode (ADM) through Quipper LMS to ensure the continuity of learning. Students are advised to coordinate with their subject teachers and monitor their Quipper LMS accounts for learning activities and instructions.

Everyone is encouraged to stay indoors, remain vigilant, and follow the advisories of local authorities.

With St. Augustine, let us pray for God’s protection and guidance during this time.

Pursuant to the directive of Mayor Johnnyflores S. Bacongallo, face-to-face classes at all levels in both public and private schools in the Municipality of Patnongon are hereby suspended and shifted to Modular Distance Learning today, July 8, 2026, as a precautionary measure due to the heavy rains brought by the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) enhanced by Bagyong Inday.

Learners, parents, and school personnel are advised to coordinate with their respective schools regarding the implementation of modular learning. Everyone is likewise encouraged to stay indoors, monitor official weather advisories, and take the necessary precautions.

As another meaningful chapter of professional learning comes to a close, we proudly celebrate the successful completion of the Junior High School INSET, held on June 29–July 1, 2026, and the Senior High School INSET, conducted on July 3–5, 2026.

These enriching training sessions provided our teachers with valuable insights, updated strategies, and meaningful opportunities for professional growth as they continue to strive for excellence in teaching and learning.

We extend our sincere gratitude to the Private Education Assistance Committee (PEAC) for making these meaningful professional development programs possible and for its continued commitment to supporting educators and promoting quality education.

We also express our heartfelt appreciation to Mr. Robert N. Acuisa, MEd, School Principal, for his unwavering support and for providing our teachers with the opportunity to participate in these valuable learning experiences. His commitment to the professional growth of our educators reflects the school’s dedication to providing quality, learner-centered education for every Augustinian student.

On June 11, 2026, St. Augustine’s Academy of Palnongon, Inc. successfully conducted the Induction of the General PTA Officers, Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) Officers, Homeroom Officers, and Club/Organization Officers for the new school year.

The Academy was deeply honored to have Hon. Dr. Luzving E. Juanitas, a distinguished SAAPI Alumna, as the Induction Officer, whose inspiring message encouraged our newly elected leaders to serve with integrity, responsibility, and dedication.

Mayor Johnnyflores S. Bacongallo suspends face-to-face (F2F) classes at all levels on June 24, 2026 (Wednesday).

This suspension of classes is issued upon the recommendation of the MDRRMO. With the expected heavy rains brought by the Southwest Monsoon enhanced by Tropical Cyclone “Francisco”, the LGU prioritizes the safety and convenience of our learners, especially those coming from upland barangays.

All schools are advised to shift to modular distance learning or any appropriate alternative delivery mode for the day.
