As part of the Volunteer Month celebration, the COMEX Brigade, in partnership with SBNU, is actively collecting used plastic bottles to be exchanged for funds and promoting non-monetary collection to be used to help and aid the needs of our community in our future outreach programs.
The collection box is located on the 3rd floor in the middle of the emergency exit and the female restroom near the NSTP office before approaching the NU East Ortigas Gymnasium.

๐๐๐๐๐: Recognized Student Organizations (RSOs) Conducted Their Second Monthly Meeting with the Student Development and Activities Office
The second monthly meeting of the Recognized Student Organizations (RSOs) was held on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, bringing together various student organizations across senior high school, college-based, and university-wide levels.
Representing the senior high school organizations were Episteme NU-EO , Salinhiyas, The Kinaigma, The INVICTA, Yi-Diomadea, and Agtanglaw - NU East Ortigas Supreme Student Government.
The college organizations in attendance included NU Sikoloeasta Society , PICE - NU East Ortigas Student Chapter The East Innovators, TRIP - Tourism Resources International Planning Society NU East Ortigas, Sapiens: Scholarsโ Society, School-Based National Service Reserve Corps (SBNU) Unit, and Consilium - NU East Student Council.
Meanwhile, the university-wide organizations present were COMEX Brigade, Integritas - Student Election High Council, NU EAST Peers, NU Eastage Pups (NUEO Limelight), The BEAST and The Eastside.
During the meeting, Ms. Maria Ravina R. Das, SDAO Coordinator, engaged with the organizations regarding their current initiatives and plans for the remaining days of October. She also discussed with Kevin Paguyo, the President of the Consilium the upcoming University Week activities. Ms. Rav also emphasized the importance of consistent participation in the monthly meetings.

๐ฉบโจ CPR Training & First Aid Highlights! โจ๐ฉบ
SBNU and 2nd Year Engineering Students has had an insightful and hands-on learning experience during the CPR and First Aid Training! ๐
๐จโโ๏ธ Sir. Rafael P. Basa, EMR discussed the difference between a stroke, heart attack, and cardiac arrest, and demonstrated the proper way to perform CPR, both with and without the resuscitation mask.
๐จโโ๏ธ Sir. Adrian L. Duque, RN, EMT emphasized the importance of a first aid kit and explained the proper use of its materials. He also demonstrated how to use triangular bandages for basic first aid applications, such as slings and bandages. ๐ฉน
