The 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗵𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (𝗣𝗖𝗠) is a 20-day intensive program designed for priests, bishops, lay leaders, and Church staff. Offered by 𝗨𝗔&𝗣 – 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 in partnership with the 𝗠𝗖𝗘 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗛𝗼𝗹𝘆 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 (𝗥𝗼𝗺𝗲) the program equips Church leaders to 𝒎𝒂𝒏𝒂𝒈𝒆 𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒄𝒆𝒔 𝒇𝒂𝒊𝒕𝒉𝒇𝒖𝒍𝒍𝒚, 𝒊𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒈𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒆 𝑮𝒐𝒔𝒑𝒆𝒍 𝒗𝒂𝒍𝒖𝒆𝒔, and 𝒔𝒆𝒓𝒗𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒊𝒓 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒖𝒏𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒔 𝒆𝒇𝒇𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒆𝒍𝒚.

The UA&P School of Management begins the SMN Global Citizenship Program 2026 from February 18–27, 2026, with 36 students and 3 faculty members flying to Japan 🇯🇵. As part of the program, the delegation will attend the One-Week Winter Japanese Culture Study Program at Japan University of Economics, Fukuoka Campus 🎓.

The visit aims to provide students with academic exposure 📚, cultural immersion 🏯, and opportunities for international engagement 🤝 in line with SMN’s commitment to forming globally aware business leaders.
