Character built. Limits broken. Victory Attained!

Congratulations to our very dedicated member, Christian Gab Sinangote. After enduring a long-lasting battle, it ended with one winner–the chance to transcend one’s capabilities.

He didn’t just bring home a gold medal, he also brought back history. This monumental victory isn’t just attained through simple routines nor sheer resilience, it is gained through his own mindset, adaptability, and character.

This success brought joy to everyone. Proud na proud ang buong Yssashi Ryu para sayo.

Age is just a number; dedication is a mindset

Congratulations to our dearest Soke Nayabi Ryu for showcasing his unrelenting battle of discipline, character, and perseverance. The Battle of the Champions - PUMA isn’t just about the medals nor the finish line; it is about the lessons, sacrifice, and support that led to where they are today.

On this event, our Soke stood firm! Triumph wasn’t easily given; it was earned inch by inch through commitment and experience.

“Do the best you can until you know better. Then when you know better, do better.” - Maya Angelou

Life does not start out perfect. You may make a mistake, face hardships, and do certain habits that negatively impacts you. There are multiple facets in life that may bring you down, but it is your choice to face it and stive.

A dojo’s first rule is “To strive for the perfection of character”. It entails the lengthy process of continuous effort in your actions, thoughts, and emotions. This does not mean that you should not leave yourself room for errors or flaws, the result could lead to burnout or extreme stress. You are going to miss days—life will happen, however you need make sure to continously cultivate and strive for moral virtues.

In essence, life is a long-lasting journey of self-improvement. It is in our being to change and evolve to align ones self with a higher identity.
