Ferdinand Zandro Salonga is a specialist in Pediatric Behavioral and Developmental Neuropsychology, Verbal Behavior and Speech-Language Development, and Clinical Audiology, with over ten years of experience supporting children with developmental, behavioral, communication, language, and learning challenges. He currently serves as a Consultant at Salonga Behavioral Health Center (SBHC) and provides behavioral and developmental consultation services at Manila East Medical Center in Taytay, Rizal; Ulticare Medical Center; Saint Pio's Medical Center in Zambales; and Makiling Medical Clinic and Diagnostic Center in Calamba, Laguna.

Throughout his career, Ferdinand Salonga has worked extensively with children on diverse neurodevelopmental journeys, helping families navigate developmental, behavioral, speech, language, communication, and auditory-related concerns through comprehensive assessment, evidence-based intervention, and family-centered care. His areas of expertise include developmental and behavioral assessment, neuropsychological evaluation, verbal behavior analysis, speech and language development, auditory processing and hearing-related concerns, and multidisciplinary intervention planning aimed at promoting optimal developmental outcomes.

At SBHC, he provides professional leadership and clinical supervision for behavioral, developmental, verbal behavior, speech-language, and related intervention programs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based services that uphold the highest standards of ethical and professional practice. Through collaborative partnerships with healthcare professionals, therapists, educators, and families, he remains committed to advancing developmental and behavioral health while empowering children to reach their fullest potential.
