✨ DAY 2: FINAL REHEARSAL FOR PAGMULAT RECITAL! ✨
The energy was high and the commitment was unmistakable as our performers wrapped up their final rehearsal for the November 29 Recital.
Today was all about refining transitions, syncing movements, and strengthening stage presence. Every dancer showed tremendous growth, confidence, and artistry—proof of how far they’ve come since Day 1.
We’re beyond excited to bring these stories, rhythms, and expressions to life during the Empowerment Event: “Mental Health Matters…Much!”
The stage is set. The dancers are ready.

✨ DAY 1: PAGMULAT WORKSHOP – RECITAL PREPARATION BEGINS! ✨
Our dancers stepped into Day 1 with energy, focus, and heart as we officially began preparing for the November 29 Recital at the Kapitolyo Multipurpose Hall.
From warm-ups to choreography, today was all about strengthening technique, building confidence, and embracing the spirit of Pagmulat — awakening their artistry, discipline, and passion.
Every movement, every count, every shared laugh brings us closer to showcasing something truly meaningful during the Empowerment Event: “Mental Health Matters… Much!”
We can’t wait for you to witness their hard work come alive on stage! 💙💚

Get ready, everyone!
The Sfclkm Pagmulat Folk Dance Workshop is back. Our Beneficiaries are endorsed participants of Good Shepherd Montessori School (GSMS) in partnership with St. Francis of Assisi Parish Stewardship Integral Ecology Ministry (SFAP Ecology Shepherds), OnePrivateSchoolsPh and ever-supportive Brgy Kapitolyo, Pasig City.
Started in 2013 by SFCLKM, Pagmulat helps promote appreciation of Filipino folk dance through fun and easy-to-follow training sessions. The workshop will be held on November 15, and 22, 2025, and will end with a recital through mini-dance production show during the November 29 whole day Empowerment Event "Mental Health Matters... Much! Mindful Resilience for Health , Healing and Happiness" at the Kapitolyo Park 6 Pavilion.
This is a great opportunity for students, teachers, parents and anyone (aged 10 years old to senior citizens) interested in Filipino culture to learn traditional dances and enjoy a meaningful experience. We invite you to join us in celebrating and preserving our rich folk dance heritage.
