SSENYAS LIGTAS "Learning the Basic Sign Language"

Good day, ka-BERT!

The SDRRM held a seminar on August 29, 2024, called "Senyas Lingtas: Learning the Basic Sign Language." Mr. C**t Armel Dorimon led the discussion, and they demonstrated the various sign languages so that we could assist others with disabilities in the event of a disaster by communicating with them. They also discussed the various types of disabilities and their early signs. Additionally, the seminar covered the operation of "TWO WAYS RADIO," and Sir Leonardo Diez Jr. discussed this subject.
