Not the result we wanted, but exactly the experience we needed. Really proud of MikMik for stepping up to compete and pushing through three tough matches. Thank you for always showing up with good energy and staying committed to training. Days like this are all part of the journey, on to the next!

Really proud of Noah and Greg for stepping up and representing the team last weekend. Thank you as well to everyone who helped out and showed support.
Nothing really replaces the experience of competition. You see what works, what doesn’t, and what you need to improve. Win or lose, it’s all part of the process, especially when you’re balancing training with school, work, and everything else outside the gym.
See you back on the mats!

Longevity on the mats comes from consistency, care, and curiosity. Push when needed, flow when possible, and always respect your body and your partners.

No-Gi class — every Wednesday at 6:30 pm. Just come in a rash guard, shorts, leggings, or any comfortable workout clothes.
What is a No-Gi class?
It’s training without the gi. Expect quicker transitions, more scrambles, and a fun, dynamic pace.
Training gi and no-gi makes you a more complete, adaptable grappler.

Gi class — every Monday and Friday at 6:30 pm.
Don’t have a gi yet? No worries. Just come in a rash guard, shorts, leggings, or any comfortable workout clothes.
What is a Gi class?
It’s jiu-jitsu training with the traditional uniform, where you use grips on the sleeves, collar, and pants to control positions and apply techniques.
Even without a gi, you’ll still learn, drill, and benefit from the techniques taught in class. Perfect for beginners easing in.

Proud of Sean and Franz for representing the team last weekend! Big thanks to our coaches and teammates for all the support. You learn things in competition that you can’t get anywhere else, and the experience they gained will only make them better. Win or lose, what matters is the growth and mindset built while balancing work, family, and training. It all adds up and carries over as you keep progressing in the sport. See you back on the mats!

Congratulations to Noah for earning a bronze medal at the National Jiu Jitsu Championship last Sept 20! Less than 3 months of training and already stepping up against tough competition. We’re proud of your hard work! Shout out to his parents for raising such a respectful and dedicated teen.
What you’ve learned in training will carry into your next competition, and the discipline and effort you put in will go far beyond the mats. Keep progressing!
