She was recognized as a ๐๐๐ฆ ๐ฉ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ ๐๐ป๐ป๐ผ๐๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐๐ฒ ๐ฃ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ผ๐ป (๐ฉ๐๐ฃ) ๐ฎ๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฒ in 2015 for institutionalizing good governance initiatives in the DTI, and a ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฎ๐ฑ ๐๐๐ฆ ๐ป๐ผ๐บ๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ๐ฒ ๐ถ๐ป ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฏ. In 2017, USEC Jean finished the ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ถ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ ๐ถ๐ป ๐๐๐๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ๐๐ ๐๐ฐ๐ผ๐ป๐ผ๐บ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐จ๐&๐ฃ'๐ ๐ฆ๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ๐ด๐ถ๐ฐ ๐๐๐๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ๐๐ ๐๐ฐ๐ผ๐ป๐ผ๐บ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ด๐ฟ๐ฎ๐บ.
