Voices are heard, results are in.
Heads up, Psychmates! The Psychology 2-day elections has already been concluded. Here are official results!
431 - Total population of Psychology students.
360 - Total number of voters (not included the 4th year students as they are exiting batch of graduates)
After the official counting of votes, it has been determined that no candidate secured the position, as the majority of votes decided to abstain.
In line with this result, the selection of a representative will proceed through an appointment system to be facilitated by our Program Head, ensuring that the position will still be filled with careful consideration and in the best interest of the community.
Reminders: In accordance with the election guidelines, an unopposed candidate must obtain at least two-thirds (66.67%) of the total votes cast by the voting body to be officially declared elected.
